Wai Wai Vegetable Noodle Upma

Ingredients

1 packet of Wai Wai Ready to Eat Noodles

1 medium potatoes chopped in cubes

1 medium carrot chopped in cubes

1 medium green capsicum chopped in cubes

1 tablespoon split black bram

1/2 tablespoon mustard seeds

1/4 cup green peas

1 inch ginger chopped

1 medium onion chopped

2 tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 tablespoon turmeric powder

5-6 florets cauliflower

4 tablespoons oil

procedure

1. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, split black bram and ginger and stir well
2. Add chopped onions and stir and cook until onions turn light golden yellow
3. Add sliced green chillies, chopped carrots, green peas, cauliflower, capsicum and potatoes
4. Stir well and cook for a few minutes
5. Add turmeric powder and mix it well and let it simmer for 2 minutes
6. Add Wai Wai Ready To Eat noodles and water and close the lid and let it cook for a few minutes
7. Add lemon juice and salt to taste and serve it hot
