1 packet Wai Wai Ready To eat Noodles
1 cup mixed vegetables
1/2 tablespoon chopped garlic
1/2 tablespoon sambariya powder
1/2 cup white spring onions
1/2 cup green sping onions
2 tablespoon sugar Green curry leaves Salt to taste
2 tablespoons roasted, crushed peanuts
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon soya sauce
1 tablespoon oil
1 cup paneer cubes
procedure
1. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped garlic, green and white spring onions and stir well
2. Add cup of mixed vegetables and paneer cubes and mix well
3. Add Wai Wai Ready To Eat Noodles into the pan
4. Add a dash of water to cook
5. Add samabariya powder, sugar, salt to taste, soya sauce and lemon juice
6. Add green spring onions and roasted, crushed peanuts as garnishing on top and serve
