1 Packet Wai Wai Ready to Eat Noodles
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 tablespoon red chili powder
1 tablespoon black peppercorn crushed
1 tablespoon rice flour
16-18 green curry leaves
1 tablespoon mustard seeds
1 lemon
1/2 cup chopped coconut
1/2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder Salt to taste
1 egg Boneless chicken breast diced
procedure
1. Marinate chicken in coriander, turmeric, red chili, salt, peppercorn, curry leaves and lemon juice
2. Break an egg, add ginger garlic paste and rice flour
3. Mix it well
4. Deep fry the marinated chicken oieces in hot oil until it turns crispy brown
5. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped coconut until it turns light brown
6. In anothe rpan heat oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, peppercorn and red chilies
7. Add Wai Wai ready to Eat noodles to the pan, stir and cook well
8. Add sauted brown chopped coconut and the fried chicken chunks and cook for a few minutes
9. Add salt to taste and serve it hot in a bowl
