Wai Wai Mysore Bonda

Ingredients

1 Packet Wai Wai Ready to Eat Noodles
1/2 cup urad dal soaked
1 tablespoon chopped coconut
3/4 tablespoon crushed peppercorns 1
1/2 tablespoon rice flour
1/4 tablespoon Asafoetida
1 green chilli chopped Salt to taste Few green curry leaves

procedure

1. Gring urad dal into fine paste
2. Add crushed Wai Wai Ready to eat noodles, rice flour, green chilies, curry leaves and grind again
3. Empty the paste in a bowl and add crushed peppercorns, asafoetida, chopped coconut and salt to taste
4. Add water as required and mix all into a fine thick paste
5. Roll the paste into balls and deep fry in hot oil until it turns light yellow
6. Serve with sauce or chutneys of your choice
