Wai Wai Masale Noodles

Ingredients

1 packet Wai Wai Ready to Eat noodles
1 tablespoon oil
1 lemon
1/2 cup coriander leaves chopped
2 1/2 tablespoon goda masala
8-10 Ivy gourd quartered
1/4 tablespoon asafoetida
1/2 cup green peas blanched Salt to taste
2 tablespoon ghee
10-12 cashewnuts
1 tablespoon turmeric powder
2 tablespoons jaggery grated
1/2 cup coconut scrapped
1 tablespoon mustard seeds
2 green chilies

procedure

1. Heat oil in a pan and add ghee and let it heat up
2. Add mustard seeds, green chilies and ivy gourd
3. Add asafoetida seeds and cashewnuts and stir well
4. Add turmeric powder, goda masala and green peas and stir well
5. Add water and let it cook for a few minutes
6. Add Wai Wai Ready to Eat Noodles and cook it until it is soft to eat
7. Add scraped coconut, jaggery and salt to taste
8. Sprinkle a little chopped coriander and serve
