1 Packet Wai Wai Ready to Eat Chicken noodles
4 cooked chicken tikkas
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 lemon
1 tablespoon garam masala
1 small grated carrot
1 tablespoon chopped ginger
1 tablespoon red chili powder
1/2 tablespoon white pepper powder
1 tablespoon dark soya sauce
1/4 small cabbage shredded
1/2 green capsicum in tin long strips
1 medium onion chopped
2 tablespoons oil
2-3 stalks of green spring onions
2 tablespoons vinegar Salt to taste
procedure
1. Heat oil in a pan
2. Add chopped ginger garlic
3. Add shredded chicken tikkas and stir well
4. Add garam masala and red chili powder and water and cook for a minute
5. Add green capsicum, grated carrot, shredded cabbage and stir well
6. Add Wai Wai Ready to Eat Chicken noodles and cook
7. Add dark soya sauce and vinegar and white pepper powder and stir well
8. Squeeze some fresh lemon juice
9. Add salt to taste
10. Serve it hot
