1 Packet Wai Wai Xpress Masala Delight
2 tablespoons Schezwan sauce
1/2 cup mised bell peppers
1 tablespoon soya sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/4 cup diced onions
1 tablespoon chopped ginger Green spring onions finely chopped
1/2 tablespoon pepper powder
1 tablespoon oil
1/4 cup green capsicum
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1/4 cup diced mushrooms Salt to taste
procedure
1. Boil water in a pan and add Wai Wai Xpress Masala Delight and the tastemaker and let it cook for a few minutes
2. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped ginger and garlic and stir
3. Add mixed bell peppers, capsicum, mushrooms, onions and stir well
4. Add soya sauce and some water
5. Add pepper powder and salt to taste
6. Stir well and cook for a few minutes add spring onions and let it sit for a few minutes
7. Heat oil in a pan and add Schezwan sauce and stir
8. Add cooked noodles and mix it well with the sauce
9. Plate the cooked veggies and top it with cooked Wai Wai Xpress Masala Delight and serve
